Note to you (3am thoughts)

HEY YOU’LL BE OKAY ❤️

I don’t know what to write about but I’m having a very weird sort of feelings that wants me to write but no idea what to write about. I’m thinking of write a note to you so that’s what I’m gonna do.

Dear you,
How are you? Are you taking care of yourself, are you sleeping well.  You know You can go through anything and survive. Things might get rough in the journey but don’t give up. You have to get better for yourself. You take care and give yourself all the love you deserve because  You’re worthy of every bit. Don’t cry too much doesn’t suits you. You look beautiful when you smile. I know it’s pretty dark i feel you but hey the sun will rise soon and you’d be okay. I know the nightmares don’t let you sleep but you gotta fight back and win. Win for your inner peace. Are you feeling heavy inside while reading, i can tell cause I’m feeling the same as i write. Don’t stay awake for too long because the 3am thoughts aren’t good for your health although I’m writing this @3:15am. As you can see I can’t sleep too but I’m gonna change this habit. You do it too. Do it for yourself. Please remind yourself everyday that you’re strong and smart enough to handle this situation. Life has a lot more to offer you but for that you need to be alive. You need to live  in the present so that you can see the future. The past doesn’t have a lot to offer apart from lessons. Take your lessons and keep moving. We’re in this together and we’ll make it through.

I wrote whatever came to my mind. I’m not sorry if my words don’t make sense right now and thanks if you’ve read this far:)
