Before talking about what really happened let’s just clear some facts that who is a blogger, influencer etc and what are their jobs. In simple words blogger is a person who manages a blog. Now you would not be satisfied with this definition. Don’t worry I understand. Now let me explain, A blog is a type of website where content is written with the purpose of educating the reader on a specified topic or topics. That’s what I do Incase you didn’t know. Now many people think bloggers and influencers are the same thing. No it’s not. An influencer is a person who has an impact on other persons decision making. If we see it in a job perspective an influencer is a person on an online platform with large number of following who has an impact on audience’s buying decisions. By saying ” large number of following” I don’t mean to say people with small numbers of followers can’t be influencers or any such thing but from a job perspective they’re not exactly influencers because they’re not getting paid for it. Lot of people do it for fun but what they don’t know is that they can make a career out of it. So this was a brief on what bloggers and influencers are. Now let’s talk about the real issue.
In the past five years the blogging and influencing industry has evolved. People have actually started considering it as a good career opportunity. And they all have started taking small steps towards their goal. And just like every other goal this will have a lot of hurdles. In this field the hurdles happen to be trolling, demotivation and what not. People can just not stop hating it’s the sad reality of life. Now no matter who you are if you have a huge amount of following or if you’re popular and a lot of people love you the hate comes in naturaly. You know why? Because some people can’t see others doing better than them. They can’t appreciate at any cost.
Now if you’re an influencer or if you would have observed the trends in the industry keeps on changing and what these influencers do they’re audience does it too. “Mostly”. So nowadays people don’t put just good quality pictures , some of them are getting really creative with it, they’re actually trying to express their thoughts and feelings through their pictures and people are quite liking it to be honest and thus these days the hype is all about creativity, aesthetic edits and SELF PORTRAITS.
As you’d know some influencers evolve with the trends and some stick with their old aesthetics and both the cases are absolutely fine but then comes a small section of people who cannot do any of it and decides to criticize the trends. And this is not the first time . Whenever a new trend comes and people give hype to it there will always be a section of people who’ll criticize it. Be it the mugshot challenge be it the vogue challenge be it any other trend you’ll always find a group of people talking crap about it. And i don’t expect everyone to like a certain trend it’s completely fine if you don’t like something but that doesn’t mean you’ll get to criticize others for liking a certain thing just because it’s not good in your opinion. Especially when these trends are causing no harm to you. Because you have no idea how badly a person could be hurt because of your hatered. Let people live . Please.
So many people are not able to do what they want to do because of people like you out there who are all set to hate come what may. Don’t do that . Recently a video went viral of a guy who was criticizing people for getting creative with their pictures. The guy happens to have an audience of Forty eight thousand people and this is what he decides to do. In his video the first thing he says is ” why do people with an audience of 2k -5k think they’re bloggers and influencers” what he doesn’t understand is that these people with an audience of 2k and 5k are on a journey of becoming a blogger or an influencer or whatsoever. The fact that Instagram allows all the users to have a business account irrespective of the number of followers they have is enough to clear this misconception.
Second thing he says is ” why are people clicking pictures with a tomato in one hand placed in front of one eye or a glass of water with water falling on their face. How are they influencing with such pictures” first of all it’s called ART and it’s pretty clear from his video he doesn’t respect art and creativity and that’s why he’s criticizing. So to clear his thoughts a little bit I’d suggest people like him to first do some research about what SELF PORTRAITS are and the influencing part he’s talking about is the influencers are trying to show that everything in this world is a piece of art. But he doesn’t seems to have that perspective. Also let me just tell you that these trends that he’s talking about are very old photography trends but just because it has got the hype and people are gaining followers through it now he has a problem. Strange right? And lastly he’s calling their content “shit”! And the worst part is that there are some bloggers and influencers who are supporting him and all his supporters are that section of people who can neither create nor appreciate.
I will end this by requesting the readers to respect other person’s hard work. It takes a lot to go through all the hate but if they still stand strong and not get affected by such things, they deserve a round of applause.
And as always LIVE AND LET LIVE.

Literally every ounce of it is amazing, so proud of you sis❗️
