PLEASE STOP!

It’s been days I haven’t posted any blog and it’s because I was taking my time to heal. But how can someone focus on themselves when such things keep happening. I’m sure y’all know about the r*pe case that recently happened. Sources say the girl was assaulted for belonging from a lower cast. First of all caste system doesn’t exist. It’s full of shit so stop believing in upper caste or lower cast. Grow the fuck up you guys. It’s 2020. Stop acting like illiterates and doing disgusting things.
What happened to Manisha was horrible and I’ve heard much worse cases and it’s terrifying. Women are not toys.so stop treating them like that. And stop justifying r*pe for god sake. We still have people who are actually justifying this incident. I read a tweet getting viral of some political leader saying “men want sex and that’s why they should get married early.” Yes this dumb fuck really said that. Men should be married early so that they can get their toys to play with. India is full of sick people and if you can cry for CBI for ssr, there are many other issues that we can raise awareness about if we stand strong together. You have a platform use it. Share information regarding how a person can take action against such situations rather siting quite because it might not look nice on your Instagram stories. Please raise your voice and Shut this crap. Make India a safer place for us to stay, we want to go out whenever we want without worrying about what if someone kidnaps me or what if I get molested. I’ve always said and I’ll say it again that yes men get r*ped too but mostly who suffers these issues is women. Because mostly men don’t get those nasty stares when they’re doing nothing but living the way they want. So stop denying your male privileges and start using them to educate the people around you to respect women and not play with them.
There’ll be men who have never suffered sexual harassment in their lives but there’ll not be a single woman who hasn’t. This says a lot about how women are treated in general. The first time I was molested was at the age of five and I remember doing nothing about but wondering why would my own uncle do that to me, why would my neighbor touch my thighs. Such things have been happening since I was five and mostly all the girls have faced the same thing and it’s a shame that they had the audacity to do that. So accept that India is full of people who love teasing, sexualising women just because they’re women. That’s it that’s the only reason. Anyone who wants to say it happens because we wear certain kind of clothes or it’s because that area is not safe.
